I have a 37 Lincoln-Zephyr with the traditional teardrop lenses, but these lights on the Hotrod Cord look a great deal like a few barnyard Zephyrs I have seen that had switched to seal beam headlamps. The tear drop area on the original Zephyr fender was filled with this same kind of add on. The person who redid this car back in the 50s might have adapted some of these add ons.

It's actually a "Vintage Hot Rod" built many years ago, probably in the late '50s since the motor is a '55 Desoto Hemi. Owner thought the headlights were '41 Chevy but there not. Would be interesting to know some more of this cars history. Who originally built it, etc. I have the #s off of the car and it was originally a S/C car. Jim

I love these photos, I found one car of interest to me. This Cord instead of the crank hidden headlamps it has fixed sealed beams. This is the first one Ive seen like this.
