I stopped by The Inn last week...then down to the little tourist areas - got a great cup of coffee at the Skipper’s Brew. Cool thing was the new owner said he’d been to the ACD Museum when he was a kid...so I told him that I’d mention it to the forum!

Today I finally was able to confirm my reservations for June in Moro Bay. Sadly my karma is not very good. First person I talked with told me the "person" that handles group rates was away from her desk but I could leave a message.. My daughter heard what was going on so she called the Moro Bay inn back. Seems I was easily steered away from making reservations. So she "talked with the same person and got my reservations made. I still had to call back today to be sure of the group room rates and type of room. Everything was in order but... Somehow I got transferred to someone also trying to make reservations and wanted to talk to the same person I needed to talk with. BTW the person my daughter said they DO NOT take credit debit cards for reservations???? I have used my Vise credit debit card from Wells Fargo all over the US and Canada. My thoughts are someone dose not know their job very well but hopefully they learn. So in the end all is well and can't wait to get on the road to Moro Bay.
