Fast forward to Hershey, 2007. Kruse had the Rollston Formal Sedan, in a long wheelbase. 2574/J-546. I went up there to buy that car, and one or two others. It now resides in Houston.

RM Auctions is holding some amazing sales of great collections coming up, and we'll be seeing some very famous Duesies:

> J-126/2149 at the Amelia Island sale in March. Shown at the 1929 New York Salon and once in the Imperial Palace Collection, said to be the car used as the basis for the Duesenberg II recreation.

> The orange and white SJ Speedster that was once in the Carail Museum (engine #J-134). (I've always called this one "The Creamsicle." :D ) Will be auctioned as part of the Gene Ponder Collection in late April.

> J-444, the Joe E. Brown Derham Tourster / Howard Hughes's glider-launcher. Part of 80 cars being sold from John McMullen's collection in June.

Just getting my usual auction discussion started. :D
