No, Not at all the same. I restored my floor dimmer switch in post number 37330. Its a Delco Remy switch. Really involved piece of engineering too. Look at my posting for all the internal details you never wanted to see. I actually took my switch apart one step too far. But the as found and as left pics show the detail.

Would the terminal be same or similar to one to a high/low beam floor mounted switch - I ask as you can get replacements for like $10.00 on ebay ?

Cord Headlight Switch was created by 1748 S

I believe I have found a way to repair and restore our Auburn or Cord headlight switch. But now parts are needed. I need the metal connections the wires connect to on the switch. Someone a while back mentioned a store or shop that sold nerly anything electrical. I got some help posting this on the ACD FB site. Just asking here too. These are some of the pics of what I need and have done so far.
