Bill that very same Cord is currently for sale. You can check it out in Hemmings listings under Cords for sale.
Also check out the comments on Cord pictures in The Jim Brockman Collection located in the Forums

It appears to have a smooth steering wheel too. Might be a special order car the way it looks in pics. May also have been many cars making one from parts too. I have read something about the add on Bustle trunks were an option for the Westchesters. I have no idea why the rear seating has what looks like armchair seating only on the outsides.I thought the center of the armchair seats had the non moveal armrest.

I do not have access to my "Cord Complete" book having loaned it out, so would like to ask the question of what exactly is this ? It has an accessory trunk on the back which I believe was early in manufacture, it has armchair armrests on the rear - yet does not have armchair seating otherwise (and has a pretty ancient interior), it is identified as a Westchester yet interior is very Beverly, and the data tag identifies it as an 812.
