Yesterday I essembled my main shaft after extensive rebuilding. Ne synchro clutches machined correctly. Nice second speed gear purchased from George Nostrand on Canada. I was inpressed with the very nice condition too. Pics shared by him did not show how nice it is. I purchased the synchro clutches from George arakelian some time back plus he was making the first reverse slider with the cluster and the idler. I purchased those also. So as it stands now I'm maybe looking to purchase second third and forth shift forks. Mine I suspect are the soft replacement forks we should not use. they show lots of wear and I'm not sure I should try using them. does anyone know a way to determine if what I have is original well worn or the soft aftermarket forks. Thanks for looking.
