When I had to replace the whiskers I used channel liner which I got from Restoration Specialties & Supplies in Windber, PA. The channel liner is 2 7/8" wide and last time I bought some it was $2.50 FT. It has three felt pieces strips, a wider one in the middle and thinner ones on each side. You use the thinner ones to replace the whiskers on your car. the middle strip is not used. You cut the thinner ones out and glue them in place of the old whiskers after removing the old whiskers. The items is called Mohair Channel Liner in their catalog with a number of G100. The web site
"RESTORATIONSPECIALTIES.COM". Phone is 814-467-5323.

I have the fuzzy and the clips. Send me an email.

I am also in need of the materials for my Westchester. If someone has a source, it appears that others are in need of a source.
Thanks
Bill

Curt I sent you a email if anyone has photos of a sedan door felt material I sure would appreciate it. I have found a couple of prior posts but the suppliers no longer stock them under the part numbers of that time.

I have a late 36 Auburn that came with the same window fuzzy that you describe. I spoke with a friend that is very knowledgeable on 810 - 812 Cord.
He indicated that it was the same thing. I believe I have the window fuzzy and retainer clips you seek. Send me an email, and I'll send you pictures.

Window Garnish Felt/Whiskers was created by danbri
My 37 Sedan is getting ever closer to becoming a car again... I contacted Stan to see if his company had any Felt/ Whiskers for the upper Door Frame and Garnish. I guess they are out. Can some one possibly post a photo of what the material looks like and a possible source and width. I have never seen the material or a photo of it installed.

Thanks
