"Love is News" starred Tyrone Power, Loretta Young and Don Ameche. It was made in 1937, so you are looking at contemporary ACD cars.

I noticed the speedster had a white steering wheel with a funky looking rear view mirror.

The Auburn too. Would be an interesting race. The chrome spears on the Speedsters hood are a different touch.
