Henry, you are the MAN!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess I neglected to compensate the interlock linkage when I adjusted the clutch a while ago! I re-adjusted the interlock as you described, and she is shifting very smoothly again.
Thank you sooooooooooo much for this great advice!

Red Fred, The first thing to check is the interlock pin adjustment. It is on the left hand side of the transmission just aft of the oil filler plug. The adjustment
is made when the clutch pedal is all the way out from the floor. The linkage
to the pin should be adjusted so that the pin is pushed all the way in. When
the pedal is depressed to allow the shift to be made the pin must be pulled out. This may be your problem. Henry

Violent Rejection was created by Red Fred
I am now experiencing a violent rejection from second gear upon any load or acceleration. Going up a hill in second (and there are a lot of them here in SF) will spit it out of 2nd, or a hard acceleration, like merging onto a highway will do it also.
Is my linkage not adjusted? Any hints, or suggestions?
Thanks, RF.
