To make sure you'll find the battery it's a OPTIMA, Tom had a typo but just faster in replaying, otherwise i agree with Tom, i use all my cars with Optima battery's without any trouble ( i have no shares from Optima ) <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

The more i know, the more i realize that i don't know enough.

I use a 6 volt Optimo which I laid on it's side. This battery will even work upside down. I did this as my driveway has a high hump and the original battery box would have hit it. I had to cut the battery box and splice it so I could raise it. It has been this way for about 4 tears, no problem.

My 1937 Cord Custom Bevery SC has 100 miles on it! Soon she will be coming home for some summer driving to decide how far to go with the body.

What battery is reccomended? We would like the highest cranking amps possible, but it needs to be short enough not to hit the seat.
