Difference of early and late aircleaner ?

This is a drawing of a standard air cleaner with a removable filter & cover.The other one looks almost the same except the filter & cover are permanently attached & screen wire covers the filter.

Can someone provide pic's on this thread of early and late type aircleaner to show what the differences are, please.
