Hi Redfred,
you might look here for 6 volt's
www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/en/lis ... per+motor/

or if you concider to change to 12 V you can look here:
zigsstreetrods.com/Pages/wiperkits.html

I have ben converting my '39 Chevy to use both 6 v and 12 volt at the same time for certain thing like Headlights and wipers, cigarettlighter-plug and generator, the rest is on 6 v like ignition, dash, taillights and indicator.
I'm using 2 x 6 v optima-batteries in serial.
This system prooved very reliable and will convert my Cord Custom Beverly in the same way, since i will use it for nightdriving and bad wether too

please let us know of your expiriance when you have done it. <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=":wink:" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

The more i know, the more i realize that i don't know enough.

6V wiper motors was created by redfred
Wondering if anyone has a reference to a known 6V electric windshield wiper for a closed car? Has anyone used such an animal, and have the make &amp; number available?
Many Thanks, Red Fred
