Replied by K Clark on topic diaphragm
Auburn Cord parts in Kansas should have a modern diaphragm for the fuel pump or are able to rebuild yours.

Fuel Pump issue? was created by ASm73
With perhaps an hour of running time after an oil change, my 812 engine (FB2605) sump is perhaps a quart overfull with thin, gasoline smelling oil. It seems to me that the only way that quantity of gas could get into the oil in that short a time is through a leaky fuel pump diaphragm.
How difficult is it to replace the diaphragm vice the entire fuel pump? Is the diaphragm available as a separate part? Suggestions for sources? J.K. Howell shows entire pump, but no diaphragm. Other suggestions?
