Wanted 1937 Westchester 812

Hi,
I have a Westchester for (possible) sale. BUT it's not a project for the faint of heart nor the inexperienced. I would consider selling it for about $22K.
It's all there. It's been stored inside for the past several years but it had a hard life after an armature restoration in the 1960s I'd guess. It's not running now but obviously would with not too much effort. I was told it was running a year before I bought it (three years ago).

Does anyone know where I can purchase a 1936 or 37 Westchester at a reason price to restore.
