Sorry, I didn't read your request clearly. I see you have Stan's tool. When I did it I just eye balled where I should start the bend and did it slowly. I didn't try to bend it back around the end of the louver as the factory did, I cut it off just as it reached the end of the louver. This is the way most people do it. I used an exacto knife saw to cut it. Start at the front, go down each side and make all of your bends slowly.

Stan has a tool he will loan you to bend the ends of the strips. Start in the middle of the strip at the front. You will need the little bolts around the front and at the back. Putting them on is a two person job. Go slow and it isn't too bad a job. If you don't have the little bolts you will have to make them.

Need help with engine and ss trim was created by Randall
Can anyone give me a source of engine bearings which will replace the
original ones when rebuilding an engine?

Also, has anyone out there bent the Stainless Steel louver trim. I bought some from Stan and have the tool but don't know how to actually make the bends the correct angle and fit? Any tips?
