With brakes, two cylinders are better than one.

We'd welcome any and all information on my friend's pliable red rubber '37 Cord Phaeton, molded in one piece with top up. Only the black rubber wheels and pair of snap in steel pin axles are separate. It's 1/24th or 1/25th-scale. The sections that would be glass are painted silver, as are the external exhaust pipes and bumpers. The only identification stamped inside is: 400, below that, Made in USA, and below that a small circle with a G over an F.

My friend's owned the full-sized "toy" for years, so we'd love to know how many of these toys were produced, what years, where sold; in short, anything and everything about it.

Pardon lack of photos.
