Hello Mark

Thank you for the tip about the auctions , but they will be finished before i could spare the money for the award.

And cause a bank robbery is too hazardous i will start a semi legal business in the www where ?`m going to sell slick subscriptions .( JOKE ! )

By vexatious experience i know you can make scads of money .

Marcus: Some nice Cords are coming up for sale in Arizona through RM Auctions. This will give you something to admire, while you're building up your bankroll. Ausgezeichnet.

Don't feel too bad, I was a Forum Member only for a couple years before becoming a club member. Not much changes on here when you join, you just start getting a great newsletter in the mail.

Sorry - i would like to subscribe for a membership , but i`m actually a member in a german Alfa Romeo Club .
And this club charges also yearly dues just in January about 78 Euro .

My attendance exists , yet not this quarter of the year.
Don`t be dissapointed please - postponed is not abandoned

warm regards

Yes, the actual ACD Club charges yearly dues. It is due each January. The Club's website does not charge dues, but the website gives you increased access to hidden areas once you are a member.

Here is a link to the description of what you get when you join. Hope you do!

I am one and the same. I had the good fortune to meet E. L. Cord on a number of occasions so I use his name when I log on as Admin.

I have been a ACD Club Member since 2002 and a Life member since 2004. My background is computer consulting so I have been helping out the Club with the Website and the eStore. The blue Berline is not mine. I do have a black 1936 Cord Conv Coupe and a Maroon 1937 Cord Custom Beverly.

You can submit photos in the PHOTO GALLERY any time.

Mailing addresses are only available in the ACD Club's printed Directory which is updated every two years. New ACD Club Members get a copy when they join.

If you are an ACD Club Member, you should get a Directory soon after joining. Also, let me know if you are so I can get your access level upgraded on this website.

If you are not a member yet, here is a secure Online Membership Form should you care to join. [i:auok6caf](We have a GREAT monthly newsletter!)[/i:auok6caf]

Dear Mr. Hummel

1st i wish you a happy new year & thank you for the friendly information .
My first thought was , you are the Forum Admin call E.L Cord , i`m right ?
I`ve got the conclusion cause you stated the same website in your profil .

Certainly i know your nice website " Cordhaven " - it`s very interesting .
It this your beautiful dark blue Cord 812 ( Beverly/Berline Sedan ) ?

How can i get this directory of Cord owners ( especially in Europe ) via air mail ?

Friendly regards from the lake of Constance

Marcus

how did you mean this , it`s not allowed to change addresses via pm ?.

ACD Club Members (vs Forum Members) get a printed directory with all members physical addresses so that you can contact them.

As of today, the Club does not allow an online directory. That may be changing in the future if we decide to publish an OPT-IN directory where you specifically have to ask to be included.

There are a number of cars in Europe. Let's get them on the road and introduce a whole new generation to these great 30's cars.

I hope to get in many conversations with other users about this nice special car and i wish you all a happy new year - 2008

Welcome to both of you from across the pond! We know ACD cars have a world-wide following, so it is nice to hear from enthusiasts so far away.

Use this website to stay in touch with other ACD Club members and friends from all over the globe.

Club Members get a Directory with other member's addresses. It will help you to look up others in your areas. We think the regional meets are a lot of fun.
