I don't know about this particular application but NAPA has these parts. You just have to find a counter person who will help.

Looking for dust caps for brake pistons was created by Eldee
I am looking for information on where to purchase the rubber dust caps for the brake cylinders on my 810 sedan. My car is using the Lockheed cylinders, they are 1 3/8" and 1 inch.
