I am finishing my 1937 Cord Phaeton body restoration, but still have some doubts about the battery and tool compartments. Does someone have pictures of these (bare metal) ? Thank you in advance!
Only the battery box had a cover as it was open to the road under the car. The tool box was only open to the inside of the car and didn't need one (the seat covered it ). I don't have a picture, someone else may have one for you. Henry
It appears that the 812 Phaeton has both a cover on the under seat tool box as well as one on the battery box. Is that correct? Can someone share a picture of these lids? Thanks!
