Hi Jean, We need a lot more information before we can begin to take a guess. Does the car shift OK when it's cold? When it gets hot does it go into 1st ok?
Pull off the front bumper and the transmission cover and see what the cross shift is doing when it doesn't go into rev.

Have you checked the electrical system and the engine vacuum?

i have a trouble with shifting the reversen when the engine is hot, sometimes the first too
