I have already had a new hip and my shoulder hasn't got much life left in it, plus the deafness . No chance of making 92 at this rate !

Rubbish, real life begins at 40 so you have just gotten started. My good friend George Van Nostrand in Canada is 92 and is still working on his Cord. They help to keep you going. You form a partnership which looks after both.

Hello Trevor,

Congratulations on the recent accolades. The Cord really stands out amongst the other vehicles.
Regrettably, I’m going to have to contest you for the youngest owner - I’m 42.
Congratulations again on the trophies. You’ve absolutely got to love the cigarette cream exterior. Magnificent.

Hi Trevor glad to hear you were not offended. A friend and fellow Cord owner in Sydney has quite a way to go before he reaches 52 however his Cord is a very long way from being back on the road. It is currently being restored but was in a mess. They are wonderful cars to own and drive. With care and regular maintenance they are reliable. At least you are enjoying yours and sharing it at car shows. Again well done.

Yes, you are not the first person to mention car does not match the owner ! At 52 must be the youngest Cord owner I expect .

Well done Trevor, all you need now is to get a pin striped suit and suitable hat and maybe follow through with a shave and haircut .,............................. just kidding.

Pre 50 American Auto Club show at Blenheim Palace yesterday we were presented with two trophies, one for best independent manufacturer and Classic American magazine car of the year heat winner, this afforded us a place on their stand at the Birmingham NEC Classic Car Show in November, also pocketed £200 as well. Amongst the contemporary Packards etc. you can really see how different the Cord was.
