Gary, They all have drain holes for the hose. The early Cord with the cowl fillers have two holes for the right drain pan. One is an inlet from the cowl fillers, the other is the drian hose that goes thru the fire wall.

Hood Hinge Drain Pan was created by 1748 S
I have some hood hinge drain pans and only one of them has a drain hose attachment on it. I believe its design is for the 36 810 Cord where the oil n water fills are located on the passenger side cowl area. If this is correct why doesn't the drivers side drain pan have a drain hose attachment too?
