I just noticed this post on my car. The seats are not leather. This is a rust free car with all original sheet metal and no bondo. The engine has been rebuilt and runs and drives perfectly.
If anyone has any interest or questions please call my cell at 586-453-9316.
Thanks
Nick

I was told seats may actually be leather. I believe the impression the seller was make was that seats were tu-tone and tu-tone is not authentic.

@chris- " maybe" that is the underlying reason for the 1970's vinyl seats! <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=":wink:" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->
I would still drive that car, put padding under the top boot cover, and be a " fair weather" convertible driver!
( of course I would keep a spare "Kentucky state flag" behind the seat)

Is that not a fair price for that car? The only thing that I see glaringly wrong is the crazy colored seats, which is an easy fix...

ebay 1933 Auburn Salon was created by Frank Guzik
Is this the Auburn Salon that was offered by a Michigan dealer in September? In my memory it is similar.
