Sticker on Bijur Jar Mounting Bracket

It's winter and I have started to disassemble my 1932 Auburn 8-100A Cabriolet. The bracket for my Bijur jar has the remains of a gold colored sticker on it. It looks like a bunch of patent numbers. Has anyone seen this before. Is this sticker being reproduced? Thanks
