I was able to obtain an engine plate from a very nice gentleman from north of the border. Thanks for all of the help!

Try Stan Gillaland. He has some Auburn 12 motors for sale and some American LaFrance also. You might also try Pulfer and Williams aka. Lavine Restorations.
