Oh, I see. There is a big difference between Cabrio and Phaeton.
My mistake, sorry. <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->

So, may be phaeton bars?
Do the folding bars cross reference to any other car tops?
What does the acorn bolt do?

I just noticed that you are also missing the bolt with chrome acorn nut that goes in the linkage hole in your picture. You can see it in my picture. It's near the bottom of the side window.

I believe Phaetons don't have folding landau bars. The Cabriolet does. The Phaetons have solid top prop irons instead of top folding joints. If your car is a Cabriolet than it needs folding top prop irons ( part numbers G11-98 and G11-99).

Dont be misleaded. Its all there. It looks different because the rear bow is down.

This is what you are looking for without soft top. If needed I could make a sketch.

You may need to borrow a pair and have them fabricated.

I agree, the landau bars take the place of the round rod and fold. Dave

Don't think what we have is correct. Top is in up position, and hasn't been down in long, long time, if ever.
I've seen a few photos of others, and this doesn't match.. has a round rod from behind door window going to "shelf". There is no pivot between that rod and the rear main piece (which matches other cars).

Does anyone have photos or better yet, a drawing/diagram of what the "correct" top mechanism is?
