Have you tried Tulsa OK. ACD factory parts. I saw some tire holders there last August.

I thought I had one, but may have sold it. If you wanted to build one, I have everything you need.
I have the hold down that goes through the center of the wheel and a wire wheel hub. You would just have to modify the current brace to hold the hub.

Looking to convert from artillery to wire wheels so need a correct rear mount spare tire carrier for wires.
