The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

1935 gas cap Auburn 851 was created by Cameron Petersen
I'm looking for a gas cap for my 1935 851 sedan.
I recently purchased one and was assured that it was correct. After I received it it doesn't appear to be the right size. It looks correct but I'm told the dimensions aren't right.
Does anyone have the proper dimensions of what this cap should be?
