Oil pump relief valve plunger was created by Ivor
I am rebuilding my 1927 roadster 8-77 engine and the oil pump relief valve plunger appears to have excess diametral clearance, the hole size is 0.688" to help me machine up a new plunger i would like to know the original plunger diameter, the part number is
A-8-258 it is most likely the same part used in all the small 8 engines. can any one advise the diameter or is anyone making new ones,

Auburn owner down under.
