If the piston is a 4" like the lated ones I have new neoprene replacements.

Mike, that is a new on on me. I thought all of the DR's came out of Columbia gear. EL owned Columbia didn't he?

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I have no idea what they look like. If they are similar to 810/812 vacumn cylinder cups you might do what I did. I worked neat foot oil into the dry leather and it has worked for years now.

Columbia Rear-End Rebuild Question was created by VintageRacer
I am rebuilding a 1932 Columbia 2-speed rear end.

Does anyone know where I can find replacement leather piston cups (or modern rubber ones)?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
