What do you know about long wheelbase 8-88

Dear knowledgeable fellows
I was looking around on the Web the other night and stumbled across an 8-88 147 inch wheelbase tourer for sale

So I measured the Wheelbase on the remains I have (see post "is this an 8-88 if not what" from November last year) and it is also 147 inches, which of course I was not aware wasn't the regular wheelbase of one of these.

So, what can anybody tell me about this version?
