It is highly unlikely that you have a problem in the differential or axle shaft bearings.
I would raise the rear wheel that is sticking and release the brake shoes with the brake adjuster toll.
Next I would gently tap around the drum to release the sticking shoes, also tap on outer edge of drum from the side.
This should do the trick for you.
Good luck

REAR WHEEL STUCK/INSTRUMENT PANELS/BEZELS/HUBCAPS/OPEN BODY was created by cpkphil
Hi! I have a 1935 653 and the rear driver wheel seems to be stuck. Would that more likely be the brakes getting rusted in, or a rear end problem ( I have a 2 speed)? Also anyone have a line on instrument panels and bezels?? Lastly, I was told somone in Australia makes repro hubcaps.....anyone have a name or link? I still need a rear wheel cover (or at least the tread cover) and an open body. Thanx, Phil Giacomantonio
