Dear Red.Auburn851,
Please email me at <a href="mailto:]. I owned this car before Jack and probably could share some information with you.

Custom paint from the factory was created by red.auburn851
I understand that cars could be made in virtually any color. I have acquired A-174 from Jack Wolff and am looking to paint the car, as it would have looked in 1936. The story is that this was originally a gray 1935 that didn't sell. It was sent back to the factory and changed to Navajo red. I have acquired a 1934 ad from Fortune that shows a Sedan in Navajo Red and it states that it is a "Custom". 6 ACD club members have owned this car. My question is should the paint scheme be 2-tone? That is Navajo red with darker red on the highlights.
