Hello the engine number is to a late 1929 or 1930 sm 8 Auburn.A 1931 engine will prefix GU by lycoming.If you are looking at a 1931 or 1932 it does have the wrong motor .Randy

I believe the car to be a 1932 Auburn 8-100 and the engine tag number is what I was able to obtain.

Hello What is it you are looking at ? just an engine ? or is it a whole 8/90 or 8/95 you are looking at ? Randy Ema
