Mike: To answer a couple of questions: The supercharged cars had the larger diameter fuel lines, including the pickup tube in the gas tank.

That flexible line at the pressure regulator is correct. It was installed on later cars to correct problem with breakage due to engine vibration & movement.

These questions relate to a 35 Auburn Speedster I'm working on. The supercharger has a oil supply tube and a oil drain tube. What is the size of the supply and drain back tubes? Do they use reverse flair fittings?

Does the oil pressure gauge tube [1/4"] have a flexable hose at the pres. reg. end? Mine did and another I observed, but it doesn't seem right to me. If it does have such a hose where do I get one?

My car has a 5/16" fuel tube from the gas tank to the fuel pump. The parts book calls for a 1/4" tube. Is the 5/16" for supercharged cars only?

Are all the fittings for the above tubes reverse flair?

Cordially Mike
