THERE IS A PUMP FOR THE TRANNY FLUID MOUNTED ON THE FRONT OF THE TRANSMISSION, WITH A LINE RUNNING FROM IT TO THE MAIN BODY OF THE TRANS , YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE FRONT TRANNY COVER TO GET A GOOD VIEW OF IT. THE FITTINGS AND, OR, THE LINE RUNNING FORM THE PUMP, WOULD BE WHAT I WOULD EXPECT TO BE YOUR PROBLEM WITH A LEAK IN THE AREA YOU DESCIBE.

Hello,
My boss owns a 1937 Cord Sportsman 812 and is a member of the ACD Club. Unfortunately the car seems to have a leak. It looks like it is transmission fluid. It comes from under the front near the bumper. It is a pretty constant leak and he wanted me to see if i could find a fix for it. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.
