Hello all: We need volunteers to help out during the Auburn Reunion.
We'll be opening the park to the public on Saturday. We will need monitors/security in the park to make sure everyone is a member/guest or has paid to enter. This will necessarily be from EARLY Sat. AM to about noon.
We want to sell club items from a canopy tent /table/chairs deal at the museum during Thurs. and Fri. days, Thurs. and Fri. nights on 9th st., and at the entrance to the park on Sat. I'm thinking 3 hour shifts: 9AM-noon, noon to 3PM during the day at the museum; 3 hours on 9th St. from 6pm-9pm; and 3 hours at the park from 9am-noon.
