I agree, just too many conflicting design elements. Very tacky overall.

Kind of like a wreck on the freeway - you can't look, and you can't look away. For some reason, it's compelling in a ghastly way. If, for some unknown reason, I owned it, I would drive it everywhere every day just for the comments it would provoke. True automobile aficionados would of course recognize it for what it is (whatever that may actually be) and those members of The Great Unwashed Public would probably drool over the "fabulous classic car". Lots of fun either way.

It doesn't look like an automobile. Somehow it looks like a beautiful thing that had been born and just grew up on the highway. Then died.
