Early American cars were often RHD. I believe Ford changed to LHD around 1908, and the rest sometime later. I believe this car predates any standardization.

Postcard is from the early days of motoring. Never mailed so not much info, only "Art Postal Card House, Topeka, Kans." printed on the back.
