Don't think most of the membership appreciated it, but they and the cops were tolerant. Long termers in the club will vouch for the fact that this was very far from the craziest thing ever done by club members @ Auburn over the years.
I've already decided that if I ever get a Duesenberg, the license plate will be FARM USE.

My AMX has its original scissors jack and folding lug wrench. It's all decoration though, I don't think these Space Saver spares worked very well even when new. So I just carry my AAA card.

I grew up in a family of "high school newspaper editors" and somehow I find myself always making a record (of sorts) of my adventures... here's what else lay waiting in the $100 wagon....

2 large plastic ducks. A interesting book of matches. A 1970's Florida road map. A can of refreshment. More matches. The last original Georgia Registration card. A Georgia inspection receipt. Some 70 cents worth of coinage. A plastic toy bullet.
Drum Roll.... even came with keys... but I couldn't find them on my first or second visit prior to towing. This car has two ashtrays centered less than a foot apart ( what luxury ) and the much needed keys were later to be found in the passenger ash tray. Heck I didn't know they had 2 ash trays.
I Ramble and travel a lot looking for car parts and peering into old sheds... Sorry to ramble about my much loved wagon, will report back when I find and buy my first $500 dollar Duesenberg.

Consultation is like Castor oil, easy to give, but hard to take.
