Side mount spare tire tread covers

Hello Bill,

The 700-19 Firestones are a larger tire than was original equipment. The tread covers I have, that were made by the Indiana CCCA region, will fit the tread, but will not cover both the tread and the edge of the sidewall covers.

If you have a set of tread covers 7+ inches they may work.

I have three sets that came off 19 inch tires. I haven't measured the arc, but I will. I also have two sets of metal side covers for the same size tires.

Hello Bill,

The tires are Firestone 700-19, on a Duesenberg. The width of the tread cover needs to be 7-1/4 inch when measured side to side, with a 1-14 inch depth when measured at the center of the arch that covers the tread.

What size tires do you need them for?

I am looking for a company or an individual who can roll form spare tire tread covers.

I had a set done by a fellow in Indiana as a CCCA region project several years ago, but apparently he is no longer doing them.

Any leads are appreciated.
