Dallas Winslow, who owned the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Company, sold the Duesenberg parts and trademark to Marshall Merkes in 1946. (Winslow retained the right to continue to use "Duesenberg" as part of his corporate name.) Glenn Pray bought the Auburn and Cord names and logos when he bought the factory's Auburn and Cord parts in the 1960s. He sold the rights to the Auburn name and logo to a California fella in the 1990s. I believe he still owns the Cord name and logo. I would check with him before mass production begins.

I have a question about trademarks. Maybe the Club's legal counsel can clarify for us.
Do we owe royalties to the trademark holders if we make some decals?
This needs to be resolved as we may offer these on the Club e-Store.

I like #1 on the trailer. Adds a little color and makes it stand out, whereas the #2 the gold gets lost to me. #3... too many logos in one lil area... If you drive by me on the highway, I'd have no clue to what all the logos were, but if just the CORD...... I'd be talkin' about that logo and the car for the rest of my travel.

Bill,
If you did #3 with a clear transfer background (in as large a size as practical), I would be very interested, and I would guess many others would also, then each person could pick and choose which symbols to display, and in what format.
thanks

Bill; For 1, I don't have a tool box on my trailer. Where would I put the logo? For 2, give us a close up of the logos. My old eyes cant see that far! Don
