I know that Stutz made a Blackhawk. The parts Interchange handbook that I have there is a Stutz listing, and then a Blackhawk listing. Are The Blackhawks a different car all together is what I would like to know. They where made in 1929-1930.

Hay thanks for the offer. I will look you up when I am ready to do the point set up. I am still looking to buy one so if you know any for sale let me know. P.S. it will be some time before I am ready to do this kind of work due to I just started to get into the motor last week. What a mess. I don't think that the block was ever flushed out during it's life. The amount of crud in there was like looking at the Titanic. But I was told that it was running when it was parked. 38 years ago. I don't know how good it was running though. Maybe that is why they put it away?? We will never know. I am in need of a water pump now. I have completed my research and found that the only other car with this kind is a 1929-1930 Blackhawk. What the heck is a Blackhawk, I have never herd of one not to mention seen one in my life time. O-well that is how it go's. I think that I can re-use mine but I am having a time trying to dismantle it. Bad barrings in this one, and the impeller will not come off to get it all apart for rebuilding purposes. That is what the fun thing is about these cars. That they are so rare that you have to get everything made for them. Not like my in-law and his Mustang, go get it at any car show out there. Thanks for the help.

looking for a dual point balancer tool was created by 1930 Jordan
Hi every-one I am looking for a dual point balancing tool for one of my cars. The car has a dual point system and have heard of this tool to help with the timing and point adjustments on the cars of the 20's and 30's. If anyone knows where I could locate one or just a lead for one that would be great. Thanks for any help that can be provided to me.
