duesenberg trunk

I am looking for information on the trunk that is on the Annie Purcell 6-fender Model J in the Cofer Collection. I have emailed the Cofer people and have received no reply.

Information I am looking for:
name of manufacturer
location of manufacturer
the trunk's model # and included and optional equipment
dimensions of the trunk
original cost
any current source for information and/or parts
Basically, any info would be helpful.
