Jack, thank you for the great picture. I and many others have been following the restoration of your family's car on your website. I can't wait to see it totally finished!

Here's a picture of car 2413 (J-266) taken by Gil Curtright in 1964.

The Bahre car is #J-445 / 2466, which I believe is a three-owner car. The body is Desert Sand with Pyramid Gray moldings.

The Ford Museum car came from the estate of its original owner, John Watson (of Watson Stabilator fame). Depending on whether or not you count a museum as an owner, it could technically be called the last one-owner Duesenberg...

I had the "s" is the right spot, but the apostrophe in the wrong spot. <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->
Anyway, thanks for the help. I always wondered about the Ford Museum's Duesenberg. It looks strikingly similar to the one in the Bahre collection... same year, same color (including brakes drums), both original unrestored cars, etc. I was thinking that they may have been the same car, but Steve's info proves that incorrect.

Summers. With an "s" on the end. (Sorry, pet peeve...) But no problem, Wes. :D

You'd be best disregarding the online registry. Knowing what I know now, I'm almost ashamed to look at that thing...

Ford Museum Rollston Duesenberg was created by West Peterson
What is the number of the Rollston Duesenberg convertible victoria that is in the Ford Museum. Was that car on loan, or was it owned by the museum?
I cannot seem to find it on Chris Summer's list.
