Whoops. <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: --> I hate it when I do something like that.

Yes, the JN is J-533.

As for the Graber Convertible Victoria: It was J-246 / 2254. The current engine is J-148.

Actually isn't it J-533/2561?

The black car is J-553 / 2561, JN Rollston Convertible Coupe. It is now in the Nethercutt Collection.

The Graber's color combination is a bit odd but I agree, in the long run it looks good. It was black and silver before the Harrah restoration.

I saw this car at the Harrah collection in 1966. It has an understated elegance. The paint color combination is quite appropriate in my opinion.

Here's a bit of trivia..in the photo taken at Harrah's, the car on the right is obviously the Mudd coupe, but what is the black open car visible on the left with the tan upholstery? I'm pretty sure I know the answer and probably this is too easy.

I remember seeing this car at Auburn in the 1970s and it's always been one of my favorite Duesenbergs even if it doesn't look like one.

They aren't new colors; it's still brown and orange. The colors just look different from some angles.

Thanks. I was comparing the Duesenberg to a recent barn-find Packard that has the same body. I'd post photos here, but I can't seem to figure it out. You can see the two cars on the AACA site:

Also, "Harrah's Automobile Collection" by Dean Batchelor, as well as Dennis Adler's "Duesenberg." Both have excellent, large photos of that car, which is part of the Manns' collection.

It was originally J-246 but I believe it now has engine J-148. I'm away from my home computer at the moment and working from memory so I may be wrong.

Graber convertible victoria was created by West Peterson
I would like to find a picture or two of the Graber-bodied convertible victoria that was once in the Harrah collection. I believe it was kind of a brownish/orange color, and had unique louvers and grillshell.
I do not know what year it was, J number or chassis number.
Thanks.
