I also have a very original radio and it also has the medium brown gray textured finish. A few manufacturers still make the paint in spray cans so that should not be an issue to find the paint.

I have in my very original 810 the heater that 1748 describes above, and was told by "experts" 25 years ago that it was the "deluxe" heater originally supplied, this seemed to be born out by 3 or 4 owners of open more expensive cords offers to purchase my heater at that time.

Thanks for the photo, that confirms the suspected color I presumed. I am following your Cord restoration in your thread. You have done a fantastic job with the metal work!

Yes, I think the color you described is the same as ours. Sorry, but can't help on the heater color.

Thanks for the information on the radio box! It appears the box was a medium brown and in a hammered finish per the descriptions given. It looks like the heater plenum was a burgundy red according to my heater parts.

When I acquired our 810 Westchester in 1961 the radio, which came with it, was a medium shade of brown. It looks to be it's original color.

If you do a search for the heater colors you will find several different views of what some members have found. Speaking from this side of the computer I can tell you my heater is a black color with the raised ribs a polished aluminum color. Other members have posted several different colors on unmolested cras back in the mid 1960's. Seems the ACD company was having issues with the oem supplier so they switched to another maker. Hopefully you know these were only an option and from what I have read posted here they were never a product from the assembly line. At least thats what I was told. This forum has some very well respected members that have much more information than I do. They have owned Cords since the 1950's and know them well.
As for the Radio mine is a brown color and it is original. I do not have a color formula.

I am interested in knowing the correct color for the Crosley radio box for the sedan and the aerotherm heater color. Thanks in advance, Ken
