A month or so ago a member over in France just made a real nice looking cover. Another member sent him all the size dimensions too so he might be interested in helping you.

Is anyone currently reproducing battery box covers? I think I saw at one time that they had been or were being reproduced. If they were is there any of those left? If not, is anyone interested in having some made? I may look into having a run of them made.
