Wheel Colors

Originally it was kadet grey luminance. Right now its primer grey. I do have the correct grey I bought from Stan that the car was originally. When we took position of the car in 1961 for $300.00 it was a kind of light beige color. Someone had repainted it. All that was stripped off too except the firewall. I do see some original color under the serial number tag and under the fence mounts.

What color is your car ?

I have seen some wheels painted red but most are painted the body color of the cars. What is correct? Is the red just a preference or did some cars come with red wheels.
