Hi Gary: I replaced my motor mounts about a year ago, and went with the harder ones that Stan recommends. I did not have a shimmy problem,; I just wanted to update and refresh everything.

I find Stan offers 2 types of upper and lower motor mounts. Seems the second set is a harder rubber material to help with front wheel shimmy. Seeing I have no idea if I have this wheel shimmy is there a recommendation from anyone of which set to buy? I will be replacing both the upper and lower mounts. I have a set of original uppers with the metal band around them but doing it correct is what I want to do. Why come back later just to do it correct when I have the chance now. Thanks for any help and Happy New Year everyone.
